Trojan QLD Pty Ltd is a Queensland privately owned company that specialize in the manufacturing and installation of Concrete Sleeper Retaining Walls. We have been trading in South East Queensland for over 25 years and for the past 18 years have specialized in the construction of retaining walls and are now in close association with Sleeper Hut; a quality manufacturer and retail specialist.

Over the 25 years experience, Trojan QLD have discovered a significant founding history and presence in South East Queensland; helping to develop new estates/builds to provide maximum space on your property whilst giving you the aesthetic look. We have recently undertaken steps to diversify and ensure that we remain an Industry Leader. Focusing on cost effectiveness, accurate and effective engineering, product development and Innovation; our strategic procurement of Key In-House Personnel and capture of good management practices and procedures are fundamental in our expansion plans moving forward. With the perks of the newly upgraded Sleeper Hut manufacturing yard, we are developing the Concrete Sleeper Retaining wall products on a consistent and daily basis.

Our strategically planned company growth will now offer two (2) key locations on both the South Side and North Side of Brisbane. This provides our clients and customers a cost effective benefit including a larger footprint of availability for Supply & Install packages and ultimately strengthen our relationships and industry presence.

KEY DIFFERENCES

CONCRETE SLEEPERS:

Sleeper Hut manufactures all concrete sleepers with a unique & internally developed specified mixed design providing 40mpa minimum strength concrete by time of installation ensuring that the strength and overall quality of our product is not subject to uncontrolled curing methods or shrinkage cracking. All Trojan concrete sleepers have a minimum of two (2) 12mm reinforcing bars and three (3) 12mm reinforcing bars installed. A vigorous auditing and quality assurance program are paramount to our continued efforts to improve and maintain our high standards of Concrete Sleepers. This testing regiment includes 3 Cylinder Crack Tests administered at 30m3 intervals and reportable at 12hrs, 7 days, 14 days & 28 days that ensure integrity of our concrete is absolute. Additional to concrete testing Trojan has dated manufacture & marking of each sleeper which includes registered KPI tracking that can resource every element of the production date and life of the individual sleeper.

TROJAN STEEL:

Trojan Steel Posts and Products are sourced & imported internally and conform to ALL Australian Standards and Trojan’s engineering and quality requirements of a minimum 300 Grade steel. Our minimum Steel Post prescription on any commercial project is 100UCH14.8 kilograms per meter; this ensures strength and provides optimal coverage of our sleeper ends and promotes the Steel Reinforcing in the Concrete Sleeper is within the UCH channel.

TROJAN ENGINEERING:

Uniquely our Engineering incorporates Trojan’s 25+ years of construction & installation knowledge with a proven track record of wall integrity and general conformance of Australian Standards. Working closely and solely with the Engineers to create the most effective design for our Concrete Sleeper Retaining Walls and products. Our products and internally driven design manuals are industry leading and qualifies our product as the strongest on the market whilst maintaining cost effectiveness. Trojan offer up to and inclusive of 25kpa live loading capability. Wall designs for our Concrete Sleeper Retaining Walls and can provide specific Design and Engineering consultation for any project requirements.
